- Brown the chicken for a few minutes first before adding the sauce mixture.
- Cook the sauce mixture and chicken for 15 – 20 min. or until almost done.
- When almost done, add the fresh basil leaves and stir fry, then cover with a lid for 1 min.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot.
