1.Rate inclusions: Rates are inclusive of 1 night / 2 days stay (unless specified otherwise) in the designated room categories only, on a per night basis and are inclusive of 2-way airport transfers, Wi-Fi, 25% savings on dining, laundry and spa, Exclusive In-room check-in/check-out facility, Signature Butler Service, In-room breakfast/buffet breakfast at the “BISTRO”, Convenience of an early arrival and late departure (subject to availability) and the amenities & facilities as per the service design of the room category booked. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer will be on an additional charge.
2.Deposit Policy: The entire stay deposit amount will be charged at the time of making a reservation online.
3.Cancellation Policy: No retention would be charged if cancelled 2 days (48 hrs.) prior to check-in. For cancellations less than 2 days (48 hrs.) prior to check-in (later than 12 pm), the complete deposit amount will be retained by the hotel.
4.Applicable Taxes: Taxes extra as applicable.
5.Terms of stay: Maximum length of stay for the offer is 364 nights.
6.Check-in and check-out timings: Check-in time is 1200 hours while Check-out time is 1100 hours for the hotel. Late check-out is subject to availability at the time of check-in. For more clarifications on the hotel policy, kindly write to: reservations@hpcpatna.com
7.Extra Bed / Child policy: The reservation includes stay for up to 2 Children (under 12 years) in the same room. Guest/child above the age of 12 will be considered as an extra occupant at an additional charge. Extra bed would be available at an additional cost of INR 1000 + applicable taxes. The request for same can be placed in the Special Request box on the booking page. All extra services & amenities not part of this offer would be on an additional charge.
8.Important Documents: Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. As a government mandate, guests are expected to present a valid proof of identity at the time of check-in.
9.Disclaimer:

b) In case of no show, no refund will be applicable.

Please note that taxes may change as per the notified rules by the state / central government and will be payable by the guest.
